About the Artist

Growing up just outside of Cleveland, Ohio, the youngest of seven children, I had ample time to entertain myself. It didn't take long to realize that I had some talent when it came to putting lines on paper.

The snow white winters and the grey skies over the Ford motor plant & Republic Steel mills were a primed canvas for a colorful, young imagination. Soon funny pages, Mad Magazines & Frazetta pulp cover illustrations gave way to rock & roll album art and hot rod culture grit as food for a hungry, young creative spirit.

Decades and miles later at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, I'm still passionate for the arts. If it inspires it's good so I want to take full advantage. It's within me to react and to inspire in turn. The medium doesn't matter. It may sound corny or idyllic, but it's at the very core of my being - to chase the muse. To create. To share.
